CandyProfessor offers a cultural and historical view of American candy over the past century, one post at a time. I’m interested in things like: what people thought and said about candy; how candy got made and packaged and marketed and sold; who ate candy and when and why. To find the answers to these questions, I do research: newspapers, journals, trade publications, on the web, whatever I can find.
